Humour
A super power. With the light of humour I have literally guided myself and others out of some obscure places. So whilst my spiritual path prevails, with it does my sense of humour, thus lightening the mood during our sessions. As a Libra, I truly believe in and thrive in balance. Wisdom melted with light heartedness creates magic! One day I may bring my infamous Yoga and Wine Tastings to Vietnam too.
Spiritual
As a result of loss and the exposure to fear around death early in life; I have found the infinite world of spirituality to be my greatest comfort zone. My first of many adventures and teacher trainings in Bali in 2013 emphasised this and I now incorporate many beautiful and beneficial rituals into our practice. With my innate and through life taught intuition at the helm; all is possible!
Creative
The essence deep within me. Yet one that society and beliefs have not easily granted me permission to share. Or so I let myself believe. Until Bali 2013: at the core ~ fighting its way to its inherent forefront in my life. Whether it be through my unique word play, energy, music, motherhood, my role as a teacher/therapist or creator in my parallel business Bamboo&Butterflies.
Music
Supreme expression. There would be an ocean’s worth of emotions stuck inside me were it not for my beautiful late mother’s piano and my ability to improvise and create music through both the keys and my voice. Whilst still shy to do so, I absolutely love sharing through music wherever I can. Vibe-led, impromptu piano melodies during Savasana at the end of yoga is one of them.
